My online hobby pays for my dream life, traveling around the world. But don’t worry, it is not as expensive as it looks. But I will show you a video of my dream life as I explain my hobby business.
Let me start by asking, do you have a hobby you really enjoy? What if I told you that thousands of people are making money online right now by sharing their favorite hobbies?
I’m talking about everyday people who never thought they would be making money on the Internet, just normal folks who took what they love and started sharing it with others online.
And the income? For many, it’s more than enough to replace a full-time job.
Many were able to quit their jobs once the hobby income replaced their job income.
Not just me; maybe you know people who used to work regular 9-to-5 jobs, but once their hobby income started beating their paycheck, they walked away from the rat race.
They’re not grinding away anymore. They’re doing what they love, and the money follows them because they’ve built something that’s theirs.
And if you are thinking about traveling or living overseas, the money will follow you all over the world.
Once my income went online, I wasn’t tied to any one place. I started living anywhere I wanted. Because here’s the truth … the Internet doesn’t care what country you’re in.
If you’re teaching a hobby online, you can work from the beach in Bali, a café in Lisbon, or in the cool highlands of Vietnam. That is where I am today. An online hobby income can mean total geographic freedom.
In fact, it is much cheaper to live in some of these places than where I am from in the US. In fact, I didn’t even wait until my hobby income reached my old job income because most of the world is much cheaper than the US.
Now, here is some bad news. AI is moving fast. Really fast. And while AI is creating opportunities, it’s also taking away jobs from humans, and not just factory jobs. Writers, coders, analysts, even marketers, if AI can learn it, AI can replace it.
So if you’re in a job that could be automated, this is your wake-up call. Don’t wait until the pink slips show up.
But it’s not all doom and gloom. If you’re a business owner, AI isn’t your enemy. AI can automate the mundane tasks in a business owner’s life. And sadly, that is why some people will lose their jobs.
You see, people sharing their hobbies online are what I call “personality” businesses. My audience not only follows me because I have been living overseas for 18 years. They also follow me to see what my partner in crime, Qiang, is doing, as we travel the world.
So we don’t use AI in our business because people want to see the real version of us. They come to see us with all our faults.
We have spoiled you with our real lives, holding a real camera in our hands, showing you our favorite places to retire overseas, and what life is really like living like this.
But if you are like most people, AI could be your superpower. Learn how to use it, and it will save you hours of time, create content faster, and help you run lean and smart.
For example, we will always film places with our feet on the ground. We will always speak to you in our own voice.
And we still spend hours editing our own videos. That takes time. But if we are ever able to teach AI to edit our videos in the same style we do, using only our real content and voices, we may consider doing that.
But AI isn’t even close to doing our high-quality editing yet.
So, here is the deal. If I were you, I would create an income stream teaching people your favorite hobby online.
Get in front of the AI wave now. Because if you set it up now, not only will you future-proof your income, but you’ll also have something AI can’t take … your voice, your personality, your passion.
You may not believe it, but I am an extreme introvert. But that didn’t stop me from getting paid more than I need to travel the world doing my favorite hobby.
In fact, you won’t have to fear AI if you own your hobby business. When you own your own thing — when you’ve got a website, a YouTube channel, a group of people learning from you, your boss can’t fire you because you are the boss now.
So if you decide to use AI in your business, it becomes your assistant, not your replacement. The fear goes away. You’re not waiting for someone to fire you. You’ve got control.
I make about $100k a year teaching my hobby online. I’m not saying that to brag, and I am not saying you will make that much.
Now, this is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and my results are not normal. Plus, it took me years of hard work to get where I am, and most people give up before they ever make a dollar.
