In this report, we ask, Is Life Better in the Philippines or Thailand?
Since we are all different, we have decided to just share the differences we noticed living in Thailand versus living in the Philippines.
So we will share the differences we noticed in the following categories: culture, visa rules, cost of living, language, finding love, per capita income, religion, food, tourism, cultural openness, natural disasters, infrastructure structure such as hospitals, roads, and health insurance, and personality types–meaning, what types of personalities will thrive well in Thailand versus the Philippines.
Why do we know this? Dan has lived in 67 countries, over the last 15+ years. We spent around 2 years living all over Thailand and the Philippines gathering data and writing retire cheap reports which are available at VagabondBuddha.com.
Here is where we gathered our data:
Thailand: Chaing Mai, Koh Lanta, Phuket, Krahbi, Hua Hin, Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Pai, Pattaya, Jomtien, Koh Samui, and Koh Phangan.
Philippines: Camiguin Island, Davao, Dumaguete, El Nido and Coron Palawan, Makati, Panglao-Boho, Cagayan de Oro, Tagaytay, Subic Bay, Angeles City, Baguio, Vigan, and San Juan and San Fernando La Union.
So we know a thing or two about each country and we will now share the differences we noticed between the two. We are hoping that by sharing differences, you will be able to figure out which one resonates more with you.
