This tour is as much about the journey as it is about the 7 destinations. We also have several other tours of the best local food, the best nightlife spots, and the best beach in Davao. Davao City Cathedral: This is the Saint Peter Metropolitan Cathedral. This is the seat of the Roman Catholic Church of Rome in Davao. The most influential religion in the Philippines. It was the site of two bombings. One in 1981 when 17 people died, the other in 1993 when 7 died.

Davao City Hall: This was built in 1936 when Davao was one of the first towns in Mindanao to be converted into a city, the other being Zamboanga.

People’s Park: This is a free public space where many locals run around the track or socialize in the park benches in the shade.

Roxas Night Market: This is where locals and tourists enjoy the cool evenings, sone bargain shopping, and cheap delicious local foods.

Gaisano Mall: This is the most famous of the shopping malls in Davao City. Malls are where people go to see and be seen and socialize with others.

Davao Chinatown: Chinatown is where many Chinese-Filipinos live and socialize with each other.

Ramon Magsaysay Park (Santa Ana Pier): this park is adjacent to Chinatown. The park was named after Ramon Magsaysay, the 7th president of the Philippines. Ramon was instrumental in clearing many Japanese from the Philippines before the Americans arrived in 1944.
